A compact preparation zone is integrated into the counter layout, including a small prep bowl, mixer tap
and integrated water pump. Concealed storage zones support clean, efficient operation during peak service periods.

The structure is engineered for stability, transport and repeated use, making it suitable for both permanent and semi-permanent installations.
